We were very pleased with our stay at location. This was our third year being at this location. It’s spacious and comfortable.

The weekend was to say goodbye to my daughter and husband who died at Thanksgiving. It was a time for me to rest and relax and scatter the ashes where they both loved to be, at the beach and in the water. We have been renting houses for 37 years and wanted to say goodbye to a lot of wonderful memories made. This was only our second time in this house (QH). TY Letha for all your dedication over the years. You will be missed. And TY staff for you services and wonderful attention to the renters, and Us. Disappointed in the condition of the house. Lack of cleanliness but I was not there for that reason.

Our four families with children rented Quiet Harbor at the beginning of summer 2022. The house was spacious with lots of sleeping space. There is a large entertaining area downstairs and another one upstairs, ideal for older teens and smaller children to hang out separately. Kitchen appliances and air conditioning were in good condition. There is a dedicated walkway to the beach. Minor issues: kitchen was missing some minor tools (no oven mitts, no can opener, etc.) Deck is in decent shape but could use some conditioning to reduce splinters.

Having stayed in this house before, I knew what it used to be like. There were several improvements, but the overall condition was not so good. When we told management, they immediately had repair people out to fix things. Strangely, although it is a handicapped accessible property, the bridge to the beach was NOT useable for handicapped. Will i stay in this house again? No, I would prefer Trade Winds or Agua Azul.

My family really enjoyed the space,location and overall experience of this location. Looking forward to booking another trip.

It was a great stay with the family. We enjoyed our vacation with my family in Quiet Harbor, a very quiet place and clean the house! We all had a great time!

My experience with the dates I wanted was applicable to my family and I . Also the beach house accommodated my family. We had fun fun and more fun looking forward for next year even though we were going through a pandemic.

We rented both Trade Winds and Quiet Harbor to accommodate 57 of us for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Reunion-- 38 grandchildren, 9 kids (and their 8 spouses). Everyone had a terrific time! The mosquitos were horrible after the rain, and we couldn't use the beach one day. But we brought plenty of games and still had fun inside. The beach was perfect for our little ones. We built a huge sand castle, used boogie boards, had fun on paddle boards. We loved it! Could've used more trash cans. Staff very helpful.

Our third visit to Quiet Harbor was great!! I called early to inform management of small issues from previous years, upon arrival they had all been addressed. The houses layout and location is perfect for our group. The place was clean and has a good selection of pots, pans, and utensils. Bluewater RRI has always been on the spot in the case of problems,and provide great service. Well be back to Quiet Harbor next year !!!

We have family in from all over the country. The Quiet Harbor was a perfect setting for our gathering.

The house was perfect for a group of 25 high school kids celebrating their senior prom. We had lots of parent chaperones and the kids and parents all had a great time. Thank you for renting to our large group.

Although BRRI sold several years ago (changing from Brannan to Bluewater), the office staff is the same I have been dealing with for years. Always very helpful. Highly recommend for a weekend or week with the family - but this isn't Galveston. This is a place to have fun on the beach or in your house. If you want to shop or dine at fancy places, you will have to drive to Lake Jackson or Galveston. But if you want to enjoy the beach, need to do some limited shopping and are fine with dining at good cafes or getting bar food, you will find all of that on Surfside Beach.

The house has a great location and layout, and really nice furnishings inside. The appliances are ok, except for the stove which needs to be updated, as 2 of the burners did not function, and hampered us in our meal prep for our large group of people.
The exterior needs attention. Deck boards on the porch are loose and lifting up, creating trip hazards. Some of the porch spindles are detaching and could create fall hazards for small children and pets. The outside lighting was either burned out or not working on the porch and stairs.
There are also no chairs on the porches, so you have to bring your own!!
Bluewater Mgt is very professional and we really like the people working there.
All said, this is a decent place that could be exceptional with a little attention.

We had our family reunion here and everyone had a blast. The houses were nice and clean when we arrived. All sheets were clean and wrapped and ready to be on all beds. There is also easy access to the beach with a long walkway/deck leading you right to the beach.

As always the staff are very professional and helpful. Our family has been coming to this beach house for several years and really enjoy the house and the time at the beach.

We did enjoy our stay. The only issue we had was with the burner on the stove not in working order. Other than that the staff were sweet...letting me take the food a day early really saved my rear end! Thank you for having such a huge facility with all the comforts of home for us to get our praise on in!!

My family had a very pleasant and fun time while staying at Quiet Harbor. The vacation rental was comfortable and well furnished for a large family like ours. The kids and young people really enjoyed the bunk room.

We had tons of fun at this house. It was in the perfect spot and the house itself was perfect for having a get together, very spacious.

This was our 2nd stay at this house. The location is perfect, as is the size of the house for our large group. We had a great time. It's our only time to get multiple families together, and enjoy the blessing of the grandchildren, and each other. Play games, relax, great sand football, beach, etc. TIme flys by!

My overall stay at the Brannan Resort Rentals was magnificent! The location was great and so was the beachfront view. The rental Quiet Harbor is a superb house. It was clean, in good shape, very spacious and the beds were so comfortable! Now, about management, they were AWESOME! They were the friendliest staff I have ever met in beach house rentals. I would recommend this house and this company.

Everything went well except for a few hiccups like the roaches in the living area and kitchen. Overall, it was great though besides these pests.

Quiet harbor is perfect for large gatherings such as weddings and reunions. There were some maintenance issues however. The roach situation was very alarming and should have been addressed prior to our arrival as the property was known to be infested and was referred to as 'the roach house' by one. Additionally, the kitchen needs some repairs. The small oven does not work at all and the remaining rangetop has a broken burner which presented challenges when cooking for such a large group. We love the size of the house though and the staff was very attentive

Family Holiday.. Big enough for all, lots of rooms, great kitchen..suggest 2 full stoves if they will fit. Beds were the most comfortable..highgrade mattresses! So much room for fun and games..and walkover to beach super. Family from 4 cities in texas - easy drive - Great Mgt folks

Great house, very spacious and in good shape. Wonderful for large groups. Several water hoses outside which was great for cleaning up. Major appliances in working condition. Some of the kitchen outlets didn't work. BBQ grill was terrible and had to use the neighbors which was not great either but less rusty. Nice grassy area between house and dunes for kids to play in (we brought a baby pool and put it here which worked out great). All in all great house. Loved our rental rep Letha!

Located near Stahlman Park. House very accommodating for a large number of guests. Brannon Rentals was very easy to work with and we will use their services again. Property on beach no walk way over dunes but path available and easy to use. Water quality poor and do not recommend drinking or cooking with it. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a great time. It's hard to beat a beautiful beach front property like Quiet Harbor for a family get together. This stretch of beach is our absolute favorite for beach rentals.

Large house was great for getting all of our group under one roof. Great beachfront access too.

Everything from reminder calls to this survey shows me that Brannan is serious about it's clients. We had a great time and enjoyed the homes and beach immensely!

This trip was very enjoyable for us all. Although the weather did not cooperate, the people had a wonderful time. The management was wonderful in their support of our vets, and did so much in helping us make this trip possible. Everyone was so impressed that they want to use Brannon Rentals again for next years trip as well. The older (WWII and Korea) vets were especially pleased. Thank you for all you did.

The Property Managers were very very nice and helpful.

I am the primary event planner for AliTek Consulting, a firm located in The Woodlands, TX. This was the second year in which we utilized Brannon Resort Rentals to coordinate the houses that we rented to accommodate all employees and their families who wanted to attend and stay a few days. This year, 2008, we are doing the same thing, only for an entire week! We've been very happy with the deposit and payment options as well as the accommodations, location and personnel who helped with the reservations.I think this has become an annual tradition for AliTek and we plan on staying again for many years to come!

Our last stay was our 8th with Brennan properties. We are scheduled again for this July. I have three comments. (1) 11am departures are inconvient. (2) The price increases have far outpaced most retired folks fixed incomes. (3) Brennan should provide some incentive for repeat customers who return and follow cleanup rules consistently.
